About Natalie Edward
Natalie Edward has been a yoga teacher for over 12 years and has over 1,000 hours of training under her belt. Her experience includes vinyasa flow, prenatal, and yin yoga, as well as 9 years of working as a birth doula and lactation specialist. For many years, she supported families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, both on the mat and beyond.
Today, Natalie lives and works on Manitoulin Island, where she’s the co-founder and head farmer at Manitoulin Farmstead—a family-run lavender farm focused on luxury farm products, seasonal experiences, and community connection. She’s also a mother to three young children and brings the same care and presence to farm life that once shaped her work as a yoga teacher and doula.
